Viviane Passos Gomes
Viviane Passos is a teacher and researcher specializing in environmental and international law. She did her postdoctorate studies in environmental law at University of Castilla–La Mancha (2017), and received her PhD in public law (with an emphasis in water law and governance) from the University of Seville (2015), her master’s degree in environmental law and policy (2009) from State University of Amazonas, and a postgraduate degree in tax law and sustainable development (2006) from the Federal University of Amazonas. She acted in the OECD Water Governance Programme (2014), and has been a university and postgraduation professor since 2009. Currently, she is involved with migrant integration projects. She is also the author of the book Integrated and Participative Water Management in Brazil and Spain: an Analysis of Comparative Law (written in Spanish).
